Gregor has a whole host of nastiness in his narrative at times. He's not likely to talk about any of it to anyone but his very closest CR, but it might nonetheless come up in his introspection. If you'd like me to avoid any of these topics in threading with me, please let me know!

- Attempted suicide: Gregor has in the past attempted suicide, and may think about that, but is very unlikely to do that again unless things go radically differently than I expect.
- Clinical depression: He suffers from clinical depression and at times his narrative will reflect that, along with an associated struggle to accept mental illness in himself. Passive suicidal ideation might occur, as well as falling prey to damaging societal views on mental illness.
- Domestic abuse: Events he has heard of between his parents but not witnessed; they plague him a lot in his thoughts.
- Rape: His father was a rapist, and Gregor learned this many years later and is still struggling to come to terms with it. In addition, he has experienced sex under, at the very least, extremely dubiously consensual conditions and is still dealing with the aftermath. I would count it as rape by a woman (at minimum, highly coercive sex) which he went through as her captive for a period of several months. Gregor will not see it as rape and is likely to try to excuse it away in context-- he's victim to a lot of attitudes about "male rape" given his cultural background, though he's trying to overcome them.
- Victim-blaming: Of the above, toward himself.
- Torture: Aside from being a rapist, his father (and his compatriots) was also a sadist with all that entails. Also, in the course of the game Gregor has been tortured a couple times by now, and has developed PTSD about it, so that might come up.
- Incest / inbreeding: Technically, he and Miles were raised together as foster-brothers and are fifth or sixth cousins many times removed. They're both uncomfortable with this overtone so it doesn't often come up, not least of which because, like a lot of ruling families, Gregor's family is ridiculously inbred. It's not usually of first degree relatives, but he has a lot of it in his lineage and he might think about it (negatively) occasionally.
- Ableism: Barrayaran society is intensely prejudiced against the disabled (see: Miles) and so they might discuss that.
